    Goermicro attaches great importance to ESG management and has established a governance framework of decision-making level, management level and executive level. The decision-making level consists of the Board of Directors and the Strategy Committee, which are responsible for comprehensively overseeing ESG matters, guiding the Company’s sustainable development strategic deployment, and regularly reviewing and approving the ESG principles, policies, strategic objectives and plans. The management level is responsible for formulating and implementing the Company’s ESG and sustainability strategies, and supervising and evaluating the execution of ESG strategies. The executive level consists of various business units and departments, which are responsible for the specific implementation of ESG goals and plans to ensure the effective implementation of the various ESG plans and objectives.

  • Goermicro has appointed a dedicated trade compliance personnel in our legal department and intellectual property department, which is fully responsible for formulating and improving the Company’s trade compliance policies, systems, organization, and processes. It clarifies responsibilities across various business areas, strengthens trade compliance knowledge and skills training for employees and managers, and regularly conducts internal assessments of the trade compliance system to ensure the continuous and effective implementation of various internal compliance policies and systems.
